What is the process of returns

Please note: we cannot accept pickup or dropoff to this address due to safety reasons.
Kindly note exchange can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of product being returned.

If you need to exchange your purchase for another size please state your request on the return form. Please note: customers are responsible for the shipping and handling charges for any exchanges. We encourage you return your products via Aramex courier services as all returned products are a customers responsibility until received by moabelo d.
Exchanges are valid within South Africa only. we cannot process nor deliver orders on public holidays.in these instances, please note your order will be processed the next business day.
What if a product is faulty or incorrectly delivered
We take the utmost care in ensuring that our products are of good quality, however if for any reason you find your products faulty, we will be determined to resolve any issues to assure that all our customers are satisfied and happy.
Returns will be accepted if products are purchased from the moabelo d website and are faulty or products do not match your order, however you will need to provide proof of purchase at the time of making the return claim.
What is the option when i return an item bought from the website that is faulty or incorrectly delivered?
At moabelo d we provide three return options for faulty or incorrectly delivered products.
Please note: customers will initially be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any faulty products, however this amount will be refunded to your account once the product has been received and assessed. Instances where refunds have to be made, please insure that you resubmit your account details for the refund to be processed.
How long will it take to get a refund
Once your goods have been received by moabelo d please allow up to 5 working business days for your refund to be processed and to clear into your account. The retrieval of your refund will depend on the period of time your financial institution takes to process the refund.
