Shipping
- Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3 – 5 working days after payment was received.
- The Customer will be notified via SMS or e-mail when the product leaves dispatch.
- Product will be delivered door-to-door if this shipping option was chosen.
Important
- It is the customer’s responsibility to choose the correct shipping method and to make sure that the address is correct.
- The Customer must make sure that there will be someone at the given address to receive and sign for the product during working hours.
- Delivery charges will be calculated according to the delivery address chosen: National or International.
- Please make sure of the delivery time to avoid disappointment (see delivery details on every product)
- All International and Cross Border parcels will be sent via the South African Postal Services.
